Philadelphia attorney, Glenn C. Romano, principal of our firm, has over twenty years experience in contracts law. For nearly eight years, Glenn was in-house, contracts counsel with the Philadelphia Gas Works. This experience gave Glenn the skills necessary to analyze, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements in a manner that both protects his client and gets the job done so that the parties can move forward.
