About Glenn C. Romano

Glenn C. Romano

Glenn is a life long resident of Philadelphia. Glenn was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He attended elementary school at St. Cecilia in Fox Chase. Glenn attended and graduated from Frankford High School in 1969. Glenn received his undergraduate degree in political science from Temple University, and his law degree Rutgers University School of Law. He is married to his wife of 33 years, Rossana, and has three children: Audrey, Michael and Carina.

Glenn was a computer analyst with the City of Philadelphia from 1979-1987. He served as contracts counsel for the Philadelphia Gas Works from 1988-1997 before starting his private practice.

Glenn is an ambassador and member of the board of directors of Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Glenn is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Recording Academy (NARAS), the MusiCares Foundation, the American Bar Association Entertainment and Sports Law Forum, and the Philadelphia Bar Association Cyberspace and E-commerce Committee. Glenn is also a member of the Philadelphia Lawyers’ Club and the National Italian American - Political Action Committee (NIA-PAC). Glenn is a member of Maternity BVM Parish. He was active in Maternity BVM Men’s Club from 1981 through 1988. Glenn served as a soccer coach for the Fox Chase Soccer Club, Fox-Roc Baseball, and Maternity BVM Jr. CYO girls’ soccer. Glenn also served as executive director of the Pennypack Park Festival and was responsible for its revival in 2001 after a ten-year dormancy. In 2002, Glenn was a Republican Party candidate for State Representative for the 174th Legislative District in Pennsylvania.
